My mother, Mom Jenkins purchased her mother’s (ma Kendrick) wholesale burrito company back in the 1960’s.

My name is Rhonda Hendrix and I'm endeavoring to carry on the tasty tradition with Mom's Kitchenette. Even though each one of mom’s daughter’s has added their own touch through the years, the Beef burrito recipe has been copyrighted and is not available for distribution to the general public.

With permission, I have taken orders and sold to friends and family approximately two times per year, but I find myself in a position to increase it and even though I’m not able to ship ready made burritos (without costing too much) to friends and family; the Kits are an easy way for all to enjoy the popular recipe at your own convenience. While the website will be a way for me to centralize orders and 'stay organized.'

“ Jenkins Juice ” is Rhonda’s home made salsa renamed by Scott Fowler of Legacy IV, back in the 1990’s and has “stuck.” 

Cooking for a large crowd comes natural to me with my years of food management and catering experience.

At Mom's Kitchenette we also offer “ specialty main courses ” which are available for pick up in Texarkana, making it Easy for you to feed your big crowds.
